Our Prefabricated Box / Eaves / Radius Gutters:

The use of Fibreglass gutters on double pitched roofs and concealed fibreglass box gutters behind the parapet of a building has proved to be the most cost effective and problem free method of disposing of rainwater.

Fibreglass box gutters are custom made to suit each projects requirement.

Advantages of Fibreglass Gutters vs Other Materials:

  • Fibreglass gutters are durable and never corrode.
  • GRP – resists acid rain, salt water, UV rays, hail, high winds and scrap thieves.
  • Custom ability – Can be moulded to any size shape colour and texture. (RADIUS GUTTERS)
  • Light weight – Less weight to erect and less weight for the structure to support.
  • Can be transported easily in container form to other countries for installation there.
  • Seamless – The gutters, stop ends and outlets are all laminated together on site to form a one piece watertight installation.
  • Can be used with Geberit Pluvia roof drainage system.

The use of Fibreglass eaves gutters on factories, warehouses and office buildings enables the Architect to use the eaves of the building to create an interesting architectural feature, whilst disposing of rainwater from the roof area.

Numerous curved and shaped gutter profiles are available. On large projects the costs of manufacturing a purpose made gutter for the specific project is minimal.

Insitu Fibreglass Linings:

A glass fibre gutter lining overcomes the problems of conventional gutter systems. Its greatest advantage is that it is seamless and will accommodate movement differential over long lengths. It can also be applied without interruption to the activities within the building, which makes it perfect for occupied factories, offices and shopping centres.

The existing gutters can be aluminium, steel, timber, asbestos, fibre cement or concrete. Even if the original gutter has deteriorated or rusted, the lining can be designed to have its own structural integrity. The result is always the same –water tightness.
The unique moulding properties of glass fibre ensure that protrusions, difficult outlets and undulations are easily lined.

Customised Mouldings and Facia’s:

An advantage of using Fibreglass GRP Mouldings is that unlike other materials, these mouldings give you complete design freedom to create the products of your choice. Fibreglass has less weight, low costs, and consistent, reliable, quality.
